Welcome to the Atlanta Center for Endodontics, P.C., the office of Dr. Melanie Burns located in the Buckhead area of Atlanta with convenient access to I-75. Dr. Burns is a Board Certified Endodontist, and looks forward to being of service to you.

Dr. Burns provides procedures including endodontic therapy for children and adults, endodontic retreatment, and treatment for traumatic dental injuries to teeth. We treat every person with the utmost compassion and care.

Meet Dr. Melanie Burns

Dr. Burns received a Bachelor of Arts degree from Stanford University in English. She graduated from the Harvard School of Dental Medicine with Honors in a Special Field and simultaneously earned a Masters Degree in Public Health from the Harvard School of Public Health. Following dental school, Dr. Burns completed training at the Veterans Administration Hospital in Baltimore and received a Certificate in Hospital Dentistry.

Our team works with integrity, kindness, and dedication.  In our office, we are committed to using the most advanced technology available.  We use an operating microscope and a secure, paperless charting system.   We use digital radiographs, resulting in less radiation exposure.  We receive continuing education for the entire staff.

Wonderful experience, I almost wouldn't mind having to get another root canal. Mine was done so well, perfection from start to finish, and no after-effects. Having dental work done, especially of this nature, can be so intimidating. But Dr. Burns' warm smile and disarming nature easily dismiss any apprehension you might have. She goes so far past just the dentistry to make the whole experience enjoyable, from the ambiance of the office to the courteous staff.

I have to say that I've had several root canals and the one, make that two that they have done have by far been the best of the lot. They put me completely at ease. Even though I have been down that road before, it always brings anxiety. Dr. Burns is a master at what she does. Simply great service, great treatment, great follow-up. Need I say more. They are truly the best. I recommend them to everybody and anybody who wants to talk about root canals.
