Fees

We are committed to providing you with the best possible dental care and are pleased to discuss our fees with you at any time.  If you have dental insurance, we are happy to help you receive your maximum allowable benefits. In order to achieve these goals, we need your assistance and understanding of our financial policy.

We accept cash, checks, VISA, Master Card, Discover, and American Express as forms of payment.

The fee for service is your responsibility. If you are NOT covered under a dental insurance policy, payment in full is expected at the time of service. If you have dental insurance, your estimated patient portion is due on the date of service. Insurance is not a guarantee of payment.

Insurance

At the Atlanta Center for Endodontics, P.C., we make every effort to provide you with the finest care and the most convenient financial options. To accomplish this we work with you to maximize your insurance benefits for covered procedures.  If you have dental insurance, we will complete and submit a claim form to your benefits provider on your behalf.

Your insurance policy is a contract between you and your insurance company.  We want to emphasize that our relationship is with you, not your dental benefits provider.  There are no guarantees of health insurance benefits.  If your insurance company does not cover all or part of the treatment provided, you will be responsible for the payment of the balance of the fees for the services provided. If you have dental insurance, your estimated patient portion is due at the time of service. If you are NOT covered under a dental insurance policy, payment in full is expected at the time of service. 

Please notify our office of any changes to insurance, and bring your insurance information with you to your scheduled appointment.
